Start by removing the giblets from the inside of the chicken. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Stone House Seasoning, and paprika (if using). Rub this mixture all over the chicken.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
Carefully place the seasoned chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook the chicken at 360°F (182°C) for 30 minutes, then flip it to breast-side up and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.
Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
Carve the chicken into pieces and serve with your favorite sides.
