- Start by preheating your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of 7 UP. Mix until just combined.
- Pour in the ½ cup of melted butter and gently fold it into the dough.
- Shape the dough into rounds and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the biscuits for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze biscuits wrapped in plastic for up to 3 months.
- Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (177°C) for about 10 minutes.
