7 UP Biscuits

These 7 UP Biscuits are fluffy, buttery, and a delightful twist on traditional biscuits!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7 UP
  • ½ cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of 7 UP. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour in the ½ cup of melted butter and gently fold it into the dough.
  4. Shape the dough into rounds and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the biscuits for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze biscuits wrapped in plastic for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (177°C) for about 10 minutes.
