Ingredients
  

For the Bars:
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14-ounce can
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Baking Chips
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 1-1/3 cups
  • 2.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs from about 20 crackers
  • 12 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Optional Variations:
  • Walnuts or Almonds as nut substitutions
  • Dark Chocolate Chips for chocolate variation
  • Dried Fruits like cranberries or apricots

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Step 3: Layer the ingredients starting with milk chocolate chips, followed by butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, and pecans. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the layers, then top with shredded coconut.
  4. Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and top is bubbly.
  5. Step 5: Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares or rectangles.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
  • Use parchment paper to separate layers when freezing to prevent sticking.
