Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your 9-inch round cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, whisking until blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in almond extract.
