- Step 4: Add Garlic and Ginger - Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped garlic and fresh chopped ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
- Step 5: Incorporate the Veggies - Add the frozen stir fry veggies to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are heated through.
- Step 6: Combine Everything - Add the cooked udon noodles and the prepared sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together gently, ensuring that the noodles and chicken are well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Step 7: Serve - Remove the pan from heat. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and fresh chopped cilantro or Thai basil.
