- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for roasting.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, cracked pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Step 3: Place the flank steak in the marinade and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
- Step 5: Line the sheet pan with parchment paper, lay the steak in the center, and spread the broccoli around it. Drizzle remaining marinade over the broccoli.
- Step 6: Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until steak reaches desired doneness.
- Step 7: Remove from oven and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Step 8: Serve the sliced steak and broccoli over rice, drizzling with pan juices.

- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
